Masflex Kitchen Camp (bloggers edition)

Kinikilig ako everytime I got email from companies inviting me for their product launch or campaigns event. I feel so special because sa dinami-dami ng may blogs ay napipili ako. And one of my favorite email is from Masflex Marketing, they invited me to be part of their Kitchen Camp at Maya Kitchen, located at 8the flr. Liberty bldng., 835 Arnaiz ave., Legaspi Village, Makati city.

Masflex is indeed in hype this year. After their grand media Launch and introduction of their newest brand ambassadress Ms. Nancy Reyes-Lumen last June. They came up with this new exciting event made especially for the bloggers. This in line with the celebration of it's 25th year of excellence and innovation of high quality and affordable cookware and kitchenware.

Just to put a spin on the usual cooking sessions Masflex organized "The Masflex Kitchen Camp" for the bloggers (like me!) who shared the same passion as them, which to bring out the inner chef in everyone... This came as a challenge to beat time. Masflex called other foodies' cooking... it's our turned to be pitted against our own kitchen skills. Called it "Pressured Cooking"!, But they did lots of fun that came in between recipes such as twists and turns,  tricks and treats.

The dishes may seem easy to do ( and they actually are...) if you just follow the techniques that shared by both Nancy Reyes Lumen and Chef Jaja.  As the Masflex Ambassador,  Ms Nancy believed in teaching techniques rather than recipes. In this Boot Camp, we engaged in making "Blue-Bimbap", Crispy Chicken Adobo Flakes and a celebratory Rainbow Crepe Cake plus Crepe Art.

Thanks to Masflex for making sure that there will not be a minute to boredom. We enjoyed the fun cooking day of learning from each other and exchanging tips along the way like. I already know how to get rice to turn blue and other cooking tips and techniques.

Up next the recipes and Masflex kitchenware and cookwares we used.
